"Ordered 2 breakfast. Beans and sausage were cold .bacon burnt to a crisp. Which was very disappointing. However room we stayed in was clean and lovely. Would stay again .hopefully breakfast was a one off."

"Room was large and pleasant enough but absolutely awful night sleep due to a very noisy radiator next to the bed through the night. Very disappointing for the price paid."

"Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy with a nice selection of drinks a the bar. The room was extremely clean and tidy was very impressed by it although have a short stay i would have liked for there to have been a fridge. Apart from that the room was great clean fresh bedding little sofa. A/c along with all the compliments in the room and shower. Room cleaning was done daily and they did a lovely job too. Breakfast had a good variety from cereal and fruit to a full English. Although the hash browns were not to my liking. Everything else was great. Really could not have knocked my stay and would definitely recommend and return again in the future. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay. 10/10"

"Upon my arrival. I was greeted my the landlord. I was made to feel welcomed. I asked if they could put football on while I had my dinner. They could not have been more helpful. Friendly chat. Staff were amazing. Totally recommended. If I am in the area again. I will definitely stay here. "

"I was made welcome by friendly and professional staff from start to finish. There was also a fire alarm event at the start of my stay which I thought was managed well but I would reccommend using a Megaphone when communicating directions with the evacuated guests."
