"Oh my god the things this hotel and their staff done to make my mums trip the best she’s ever had, and we’ve done vegas lol! She said it was her best and favourite holiday and the best hotel she’s ever stayed in. They went so so so far above and beyond. Their location was amazing, they said they couldn’t compliment the staff enough. The breakfasts were gorgeous and I cannot thank them enough for what they done. She’s come back with a smile. "The staff were super friendly, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was my room was very hot. I appreciate it was cold outside, but even with the window open + turning the heating down, I struggled to sleep at night and the hotel did not have cooler duvets. "
