"Unfortunately the outdoor hotub was on the fritz, during my stay one of the few reasons I choose this lovely little spot, right along the whitefish river absolutely beautiful. Can't imagine how awesome it would have been had I gotten the chance. They did offer me free shuttle ride to their sister property, so that was really thoughtful. The staff was phenomenal, especially Allison and every shuttle driver. The rooms were very comfortable and the building is well built and was quiet. Unfortunately the town of whitefish sucks something awful, the mountain is small but fun. I'll never be back , I'll stick to polson and Kalispell. Should I ever return , I will most definitely stay here. Great little affordable hotel. Especially if going to the mountains and don't wanna drive, it's very easy to get around. Just teach the locals some simple courtesy and manners. You'd be another Podunk town without your recreation.

"The rooms were nice and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the very large outdoor hot tub, both were great amenities and a highlight of our stay.
However, the staff interaction was a bit unusual. About 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, the front desk called our room to remind us that it was time to leave. I’ve never experienced that at any other place I’ve stayed, especially when I was still within the official checkout window. If earlier departures are preferred, it might make more sense to adjust the checkout time accordingly.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but that experience felt unnecessary and slightly off-putting."

"We were so thoroughly impressed with this stay! This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in quite some time. Every single staff member was so polite and kind! The pool area was gorgeous! And they were so apologetic about the hot tub being down. They had fresh baked cookies and cocoa for our girls. And the breakfast was 10/10! This stay was amazing! "
