"The first room was dirty, then I asked them to give me a clean bedsheet, but they said we don’t have one. He offered me to change me to different room, but the next room didn’t have a working lock. In the third room, I discovered that any key unlocked every door, so the locks were pointless anyway. On top of this, the motel was smelly, there was no hot water, and the service was poor"

"The mattress was filthy and stained. The toilet lid did not fit correctly, the bathroom light above mirror did not work. The tv had major problems.Outdated room and not like the pictures that are posted. The exterior was clean but our window needed to be replaced, it had a film on it. Bed spread had stains.It was not worth the price I had paid and probably will never stay there again.The staff was very nice but thats about it."

"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast… to say the least. But when we arrived the night before they had a handy print out of all the local eateries. It was a swift check in, liability was only $30, there’s a Costco next door. And easssssyyyyy access to the highways. Would stay again"

"This hotel lived up to the reviews. Dana at the front desk was welcoming, informative, and efficient. My room was large, with a nice kitchenette, all the needed amenities, a very comfortable king size bed with a nice headboard, and room was attractively, decorated. Also, a great value my room rate was significantly lower than other hotels, and with higher quality Moody Street, within walking distance, has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Sweet Basil for fantastic Italian food, reasonable prices. And delightful staff. I come up for business periodically. This will be my new go to hotel.!"

"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When they finally agreed to give me the room for my second reservation, they first gave me the keys to a room that was occupied! I finally received my room 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. On top of all of this, they wouldn’t even give my elderly mother water while checking in! "
