Property itself is lovely and in a great location especially if you’re taking the train from Philadelphia or NYC. Great amenities. I didn’t like my room-service dinner. Had the roast chicken. If you include “roasted mushrooms” you might want to indicate what type of mushroom if anything other than button, cremini or portobello. Overall room was very comfortable.

Location for first time Boston visitors was really good as a lot area to explore by foot then you could Uber the rest. The staff and in-room dining was outstanding

The bed was uncomfortable. No WIFI, seriously? No minibar fridge was inconvenient. Coffee machine didn’t work. No coffee service in lobby. I think the hotel is pretty but not a hospitable place or a good value.
