"New building, polite staff but the do not know how to manage the business. Also, this does not have basic hotel services so it is not a hotel. The WiFi had a restriction for two devices per room!!!! The window in a ground floor room dis not lock. "

"We were never able to stay at this property. They called us the day of our arrival, 2 hours prior to check in to let us know they had cancelled our reservation. They had overbooked and there were no other hotel rooms available. Worst customer service ever!"

"Desk staff was nice and helpful getting me checked in and fixing my room key card when it didn’t work. They were great. Just being honest - overall, the room I had was pretty run-down. I didn’t even want to sit in the chair. That being said, I saw no bugs and nothing dangerous so it was fine for 1 night."
