"We traveled from Florida all day prior to check in. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly in any way. In fact, there was very little conversation at all. I was so disappointed because our experience in April with check in was the complete opposite. The pool still looked dirty and the hot tub was still taped off so no work had been done there to resolve it since our stay the week before on our way to Florida. I would still recommend this hotel based on location, parking, cleanliness and the breakfast, so we'll see how things are when we stay again in September."
