"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well as a nice park with walking paths and a nice pond. Other cities need to follow Huntsvilles lead with free public parking on the weekend. "

"Our stay unfortunately wasn’t the relaxing overnight we were hoping for. When we got to the room, there were ladybugs all over the ceiling, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We understand bugs can happen, but the number of them made it seem like the room hadn’t been checked recently. Later in the evening, there was a loud party happening in a meeting room directly across the hall. The noise carried through the hallway and into the room and went on until close to midnight, which made it difficult to relax and get any rest. The next morning I went to ask for coffee, and the staff member I spoke with seemed bothered by the request rather than welcoming. It left us feeling like we were inconveniencing them just by asking. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable overnight stay. A little more attention to room conditions, noise management, and guest service would go a long way toward improving the experience."
