From the outside, the hotel isn’t very attractive, but once you get inside, it’s a different story. The rooms look newly renovated and have everything you need, including a microwave, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. The stay felt similar to a Holiday Inn-type experience. Breakfast is included, which is a plus, although the breakfast selection wasn’t really that good. Parking also felt safe and secure for our car. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

The property was nice except for the scary unpainted doors kinda scary to think what was on the other side of the door but it was really nice and clean comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The stay was great breakfast was not what were usually used of for the amount of money spent for one night but over all for an overnight stay it was good.

At first it looked a little rough on the outside but suites have been refurbished and modernized, along with main office, so the roughness outside appears to be preparation for further painting and upgrading. Very friendly front office staff.

Quick and easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Counterintuitive television set up that required staff demonstration and explanation. The room doors were in rough shape and made me a bit nervous, but it had a very nicely renovated interior.

Check in and check out was an easy process. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room wasn’t the cleanest with old soap running down the shower and a few other dirty spots throughout the room. There was a really bad smell in the washroom from the second we walked in that carried. Breakfast was okay - it was all pastries and other items you buy in bulk from the grocery store; two bite brownies, muffins, etc. They had a fancy coffee machine that can make regular coffee, cappuccino, or even hot chocolate. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re just checking in and spending minimal time. If you’re spending time at the hotel, it would be worth upgrading to somewhere else.

I don't typically stay at motels but we were pleasantly surprised. when we pulled in we were very hesitant as the motel looked a little run down. The doors were all grey and ruffed up. When I went to check in I joked with the gentleman that I hope he was giving me his finest room (as it appeared sketchy). He then said it had recently been renovated and not to look at the door lol Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. I had hardwood floors throughout (huge plus for me) and the shower was a rainfall shower head with glass doors, nicely done. I found it nice and clean and the staff was very helpful when we discovered our TV didn't work but they were quick to come and set it up. The breakfast was good for continental, good selection of cereals, toast, bagels, hot beverages etc. Have already recommended this to my family if they are wanting to stay in Bracebridge, We also walked from the hotel to downtown which was about 20 mins. Close to a lot of ammenities
