Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn
Clean room but we interrupted the receptionist's date in order to check in and then we surprised a middle aged couple in bed when she gave us the key to an occupied room! So awkward. I made sure to double lock our room, once we got one, just in case.

Checked me into a different room than what I booked, then overcharged me for it. After Expedia stepped in, they issued a refund but on the wrong credit card. This unit was perfect. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and then some, it was very well located in the downtown area, only 1 block from the metro or tramway. The people at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful and most friendly. I would recommend this place and would stay here ...
