We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter, and while we spent our days exploring Hue, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to paradise. We enjoyed several meals on-site, and the service from the staff was consistently warm and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and were genuinely sad to leave. The small details made a big difference — lush gardens, hand-painted walls in our room and ensuite, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. "The hotel is 5 star, don't get me wrong. The staff, service and the property are superb. The only thing is... it is located in an area where there's nothing around. If you look for some action or even an 8pm pho bo then look elsewhere."
