Clean room quiet and an absolute delight to wind down. lots of activities along Beach you can choose to do or through external parties Hotel pickup. Highly recommend and was absolutely fantastic. And the pool temperature was warm and generous alcohol in drinks.

Best staff, beautiful hotel

Loved the beautiful gardens, the beach, the pools and the relaxed and calm atmosphere compared to other hotels in the resort, all adding up to a truly refreshing stay. The food was also fantastic quality, make sure you book at the Arabesque restaurant for a try highlight. Only one minor issue was the cheap wardrobe doors which banged and clashed with the drawers, minor things but stands out against the otherwise excellent quality of the room, maintained to the highest standard by Mohsan (master of the towel art!) and the team.Above everything though, this hotel is all about the staff: you will not find a happier, friendlier, eager-to-please and personable bunch anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return trip

Beautiful resort, but the hospitality needs improvement I recently stayed at Iberotel Makadi Beach, and while the resort itself is stunning, there were a few experiences that left me disappointed. Pros: The environment is serene and well-kept. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — crystal clear water and soft sand made for a perfect escape. My room was phenomenal — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a 5-star setup in terms of accommodations and scenery. Cons: The food was just average, especially considering this is supposed to be one of the top Jaz resorts. I expected better variety and quality. One major issue I encountered was the attitude of the staff. As someone from the Middle East, I felt there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality extended toward me and others like me. The difference in how we were treated compared to European guests was very clear, and frankly, disheartening. The resort atmosphere is also extremely quiet and geared toward older guests. If you’re looking for fun or youthful energy, this may not be the right spot. Another major downside is the location — it’s quite isolated. If you want to explore or go anywhere, you’ll have to rely on taxis, and unfortunately, they tend to overcharge, especially when they know you’re a tourist. We were welcomed by a very welcoming and friendly staff. They were really amazing. Food was the best for us, the varieties, quality and the taste. We enjoyed all our stay there. I will go back again and recommend it to all my friends. My only concern is that the room and the washer-room were old and needed to be renovated.

The hotel is kept very clean, and the area looks beautiful. The beach is well-taken care of, watersports (wind-surfing, kite-surfing, SUP, etc.) are available at the beach hotel (at extra price). As advertised, the hotel is very-well suited for families with children. We found it a bit strange that the swimming pool for children is not heated and the water that that pool is cold; so all children are in the heated pool by the bar. Also, it is not mentioned in the hotel description that the kids club only accepts children as from 3 years of age to stay without parents.

Wir waren zum 1 Mal im Iberotel und ich darf sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren. Hier ist man sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Das Haus, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem war alles sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice war erstklassig. Einziges Marko war, dass unser Zimmer (Nr.9122) in direkter Nachbarschaft zum nächsten Hotel lag und wir die von 19.00 - 23.00 Uhr das sehr laute Abendprogramm ertragen mussten. Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen für 2026 erneut unseren Urlaub im Iberotel.
