"First of all, both of their properties in Springfield Missouri are located on the same name street and I thought that I had booked at one and I guess I'd booked at the other and I had to do late check-in upon arrival there is a check-in phone located in their lobby for you to pick up for them to I guess contact the night attendant to check you in It took like 45 minutes for them to get an attendant to the front desk before I even knew that I was at the wrong location after dealing with that I went to the correct location and in their lobby they have the same thing a phone to call for late check-in their phone for late check-in did not work and by the time I finally figured out how to get a hold of someone through my cell phone and get their attendant to get to the front desk to check me in I waited probably upwards of the same amount of time about 45 minutes, by this point it was close to 3:00 in the morning. I finally get to my room and it smells horrible like stale cigarettes. Didn't even want to bother trying to be moved since it was just one night, So opened my window. On top of dealing with all of that, I had to go back down to my vehicle to grab a bag and had an encounter with an either very mentally disturbed individual having an episode, or possibly he was strung out on drugs. Nevertheless, he scared the daylights out of me, made me uncomfortable and then I get back in my room and the same man was outside right under the window I had to open. It was horrible!! "

"Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer."

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart like crackers. The hot water in the room was not good. I ran the shower for 5 mins before getting hot water. The sink never got hotter than lukewarm. "
