"Really spacious room, smelled fresh, really comfy bed."

"Room was very tired & grubby. Bathroom required a good clean, mould around shower &sink. Restaurant was closed but I wasn’t informed at check in, nothing offered as alternative, not even snacks. On positive note breakfast was ok & bed was comfortable. "

"Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning."

"Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. Slept really badly. "
