"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn u ống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "

"The resort was perfect.
The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.
A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too.
Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc.
Lots of plug sockets, very comfy bed - just perfect."
"A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service."
