"not just the rooms.... the whole complex... from the guest area to the gardens... where they grow many of their own veggies. etc.. to water sports... beach chairs.. everywhere we were welcomes taken care of .. meals were excellent.. stayed put for several dinners. as well ... everyone from gals cleaning rooms too.. garden crews ... were so friendly and helpful..... we had a fun... visit from local monkeys.. in our outdoor bathroom... they are not always there ... we were blessed with their visit several days... and they even came the morning we were departing... sat and just kinda said see you.. again.. we had tears...and we will... return to Mango Bay... and exceptional resort.. and close to a lovely village... "

"The entire Coco Island Retreat was clean, beautifully landscaped, quaint, quiet and amazing staff. If you want a chill vibe, with beautiful comfortable accommodations, with a serene infinity pool away from the noise and crowds this is the place! Watch the local fishermen with beautiful sunsets, great restaurant on site. A 15-30 minute cab ride to all the hustle and bustle. Easy access to all the amenities, other beaches etc. The staff will arrange any excursions or tours and motorcycles and feee bicycles to ride to neighboring restaurants and bar. Lovely stay! "

"We loved our room, and the semi outdoor nature style bathroom was lovely. The dining options were very expensive and small portions so we only ate there once. The view from the over water restaurant was really amazing. The cleaning staff and wait staff were all lovely. The managers were always awkwardly walking around introducing themselves and telling everyone they were the manager. Lacking in people skills. Talking ‘at’ you instead of ‘to’ you. "
