The room was clean had everything in it you could need. The staff was friendly and accommodating ice machine easily accessible and a filtered water cooler in the lobby was great. Pool area was closed but it looked like a nice area.

This was my 4th time and I will continue staying here anytime I vacation in Hyannis. Staff is helpful with easy checkin and checkout. It’s clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to main st. which is so convenient. I really enjoy spending time in the indoor hot tub and pool

When I arrived, the hotel was clean and adequate, and the service team was polite and helpful. However, the pool and hot tub were unexpectedly closed - without any advance notice. As the Nor'easter snowstorm of February 22/23 approached, I requested to extend my stay by one night (through the 24th). The morning of February 23, the hotel lost power around 7:30 am. By noon, no staff had arrived and the parking lot remained unplowed. There was no contact by hotel management and seemingly no arrangements to take care of guests who were left to fend for themselves as the hotel temperature dropped. With the help of another guest, I shoveled out my car and left, concerned about the safety of a hotel without power or staffing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel - though it may be quite different in the summer. I also think I should be reimbursed for the additional (unused and unusable) night.

Just fine.

This is a motel but it is perfectly clean as any hotel. Each room has a little kitchenette. It is not fancy but good. Plenty of everything you need in the room. I was pleasantly surprised. If u r looking for clean and comfortable at a reasonable price, this place was just fine.

Pool closed at 5pm and check in starts at 4pm. The whole point of booking at this hotel was for the pool and due to the limited/inconvenient hours that it is open, didn’t have much of an opportunity to use it. Didn’t like quiet time that turned the WiFi off.
