We chose this location for the location for our planned activities as well as its reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the prompt service and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms appear to have recently remodeled with a modern look. Breakfast was quick and easy at a McDonalds less then a block away. Would definitely recommend

Family trip stay, would return
Rooms were straightened and cleaned daily, and our girls loved how their dolls and stuffed animals were arranged for them on the bed, a small but thoughtful detail by the staff. Shower could use a small corner shelf or caddy for soaps/shampoos. Wifi connected but never provided internet during the entire stay. Biggest drawback of the stay honestly. Room and amenities were in excellent and very clean condition. Beds were comfortable and loved the wall-mounted tv with adjustable bracket to allow tv movement.

Good value option and great base for exploring the Cape - clean and very convenient for breakfast options and shopping mall. Best to drive into Hyannis (there is a free car park) and walk round the beautiful town and harbour.

Nice, clean place to stay
The bed was a little hard for my liking, but this is a clean and well run motel. I would stay again, conveniently located not far from ferries.

Very close to ferries and downtown Hyannis. check in was easy and the clerk was so friendly. He was knowledgeable about the area and ready to share his recommendations.

It is clean. It is family owned and the owners and employees are exceptionally customer oriented. They are kind, friendly and efficient. Although the carpet in the room needs updating, it is clean and comfortable. Water pressure is excellent. There is a refrigerator and a microwave are in the room.

Very clean/safe and a bargain!!!
The owner works the front desk. She is very personable and knows the area extremely well. She has been in business for over 25 years. Our room had newer hard wood floors. Love that. There are a lot of gross carpets down the Cape. Our bathroom had been remodeled. Newer glass shower door and tile. I would definitely stay here again.

Great bang for your buck. Was prepared for a motel type stay but was pleasantly surprised. Room and bathroom were updated and in comfortable condition Bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were small. Air conditioning worked perfect. Check in and check out super smooth. Would recommend.

As much as I would rather not make a negative rating, I feel it is needed. Room smelled like it had a flood and VERY VERY MUSTY (if you didn't have asthma before you might now), had bugs flying around, not sure the carpet has ever been cleaned since it was installed (white socks will NEVER come clean) Couldn't even use the lavatory as it had grime coming down the walls.

i had a very pleasant stay at the Inn. I found the rooms to be clean and not outdated and the facility was well maintained. Even though it is on a well traveled route and near the airport, it was very quiet. The staff was very pleasant and the rates were very reasonable.

Our room was right next to the smoking area and it made our room stink. No blow dryer in the room, had to ask them then they forgot to bring it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, I believe there was a miscommunication in room numbers, the dryer was brought to 109 instead of 106 along with the machine to help with smoke smell. Thank you for the feedback.
