"The room was clean. However our toiletries weren’t stocked and when we kindly asked for refills, they said they were coming and noone ever did. The housekeeping staff was rude. "

"I like that the waterpark is included with stay and the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The pool and water park never runs out of towels and the waterpark has something for all ages, kiddie pool and slides, big slides, parrots perch and 2 big pools on property. The burgers are great and location central to food and other activities."

"There were 2 things i was not a fan of. 1. my food order from the roof top was missing spring rolls and when i went to get them from the rooftop bar the guy was eating them. He went to the back (had his coworker slide them through the window) and came out with them as if he went to prepare them. I didn’t realize what he did until i got to my room and the kitchen was closed. Highly disappointed in that. 2. The pool was extremely cold and there was no pool warmer to enjoy it. But everything else was actually great. I would love to book gain in the future. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and professional. "
