The member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special nothing was too much trouble.. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every little touch thought of to make us feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. "Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a treat waiting in our room (tin of Belgium biscuits)…nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We can’t say enough about the storybook city of Bruges and the location of this hotel! Plus we needed parking and the hotel had some on site (which is rare in a historical area). We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!"
