A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...

"People working were nice and very approachable. Rom is clean. Must be aware of deposit amount per night. Its something that surprised me because I was not informed and couldnt find anywhere in my bookings information about it."

"We stayed at this hotel when visiting family in Dubai. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping team looked after the apartment and us daily, replenishing toiletries, tea/coffee etc, cleaning to a high standard. The swimming pool was great and I can highly recommend meals food from the restaurant. We had a great stay! "
