"The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...

"This property is a small studio apartment, hence it is not suitable for ‘sleeps 3’ as advertised on Expedia. Can only sleep 2 adults. The advert is misleading. There is a sofa bed but mainly suitable for a child under the age of 5 yrs. It has a lovely outdoor roof top 15 metre swimming pool that is suitable for adults only as it is 1.8 metre deep. Lovely area, plenty of nice restaurants and takeaways nearby. Apartment was clean but veranda door lock was broken and this had to be reported...
