Fantastic views of the sea and close to lots of interesting places. Comfortable villa and the service including breakfast and dinner was excellent. The food was cooked fresh especially the dessert for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant. Thank you to the breakfast staff also.

Fab little place to stay, very well kept and cleaners were amazing (our twin girls left a drawing and tips for them out of their pocket money:). Sea view room well worth the money as is breakfast. Food in general was great with the only weak point being their pizzas. We ate in the restaurant several times and tipped well so were a little surprised when we were refused simple things to take to the room on the one night we decided to dine in like mayonnaise sachets (which we’d of happily paid for) and a glass. We were told that you had to eat in the restaurant for these items, a bit of give and take for hotel guests would have been nice. We were there very early in the season and would come back at this time again. I wouldn’t want to stay here in peak season as the walls are quite thin and noise travels. Only other thing to mention is we noticed a cockroach one evening walking across the floor whilst having dinner in the dining area. This was a one off and came as a surprise as the place is kept super clean. Overall, a great place with a great team (Zara was fantastic), I’d happily bring the family again, with a few little tweaks this place would be amazing for sure.

We’ve just returned from a weeks stay with our children (4 and 6). The location to the beach and other restaurants/ shops/ entertainment is great. The rooms were, although a bit basic, very clean and the towels were changed every day, if needed and floors cleaned. We payed for daily breakfast and this was totally worth it. The staff in the restaurant were really lovely. The food was fresh with lots of options to choose from. It was cooked to order. We also had lunch and some drinks at the restaurant during our stay which were also really nice. Overall these apartments are really good value for money and great if you are travelling with family. The staff are friendly and the food/ drinks are good. The rooms themselves are very clean but pretty basic (although have all the stuff you need to cook a simple meal). We paid for the superior sea view room and the middle rooms have a great view out to the sea.

Lovely room with balcony. Hotel had lush facilities and was very relaxing. Staff were so friendly, drinks were a nice price and food was delicious. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel including Ibiza town& luxury of the hotel being right on the beach.

Location of this property was 10/10. Everything close shops, restaurants, medical station, police station, the restaurant and serves are Great. But, The manager of the hotel was rude and not helpful. Also, be aware! this hotel has the worst beds in all Ibiza. you sleep on two bricks!

Great location and close for partying
Good stay in location close to all the other hotels as well as good walking distance from the clubs. Right on the beach and has a pool, although we did not use the pool as it was quite busy during our stay. It flooded on the street the first night and our room on ground floor manage to stay completely dry (other than from our shoes and clothes). Would recommended for party-goers and if you want good beach access. Comparatively cheap too!

The best part is the location as it sits right on the beach and is walking distance to bars and clubs. Beds weren’t as comfortable and no AC unit in the room only in main living area however it did cool down at night with the door open. Does have a flight of stairs to enter the front door. Unfortunately the pool closed early at 7pm. Staff was friendly. Would consider staying here again.

This property was in a perfect location for our stay! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, the beach and the best clubs! Additionally, the place was nice, clean, and had pools and an affordable restaurant downstairs. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! I would love to come back again next time we're in Ibiza.

한국에 오래된 리조트 정도 컨디션이긴한데, 이비자 타운 플라야 덴보사에 위치해서 접근성 최고!! (우수아이아, 하이이비자, 보트파티 선착장 도보권) 비치 옆에 있어서 수영장에서 수영하다가 바로 바다로 풍덩 가능합니다ㅎㅎ 근처에 슈퍼 식당 많아서 파티/편의시설 면에서 너무 좋습니당! 공항도 택시로 15분거리? 일찍 예약해서 3박 2인에 600유로 좀 안줬는데, 이비자 워낙 숙소가 비싸니까 일찍 예약해서 요기 가시길

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Although the attached restaurant ‘nice’ employees were very inattentive and did not show us great service. One morning we sat at the table ready to order breakfast for 40 minutes and no one came even though the restaurant was not busy at all.

Booked this hotel on a whim. The Amazing: The beach access, pool and beachfront restaurant are all 10/10. The food was yummy. The fresh juice bar is fantastic. Location is local and lots of food options all within walking distance. Close to airport. $7euro taxi. The Bad: The main general manager is absolutely AWFUL to deal with. Makes you feel like your interrupting his time as he scrolls on his iPhone. Awful customer service and tone when he speaks to you. Worth Mentioning: if you are sensitive to sounds DO NOT book this hotel. You hear 15-30 planes low flying, and EVERY single step or door shut from any surrounding rooms. Rooms are SUPER basic but did the trick for what we needed. Tropical Vibe on the exterior.

My room was on the third floor, which I didn’t appreciate carrying up a large suitcase. The “Superior Apartment” was good size with two twin beds in a separate bedroom, with a living room, balcony and kitchenette. The entire room had a strong odor of mold and bleach. I had to air out the place but it still stunk. The shower had good water pressure, but the sink was too small, luckily the kitchen sink worked well to rinse items. The bed felt like a cheap mattress and sheets from a low rent motel, at least the sheets were clean. I found that the man at the front desk is confrontational as well, not to be trusted. The noise from people talking in the courtyard to the slamming of old wooden apartment doors late at night made this a noisy stay, and I would not recommend to travelers that are light sleepers. The beach access from the pool deck area was convenient, but the beach has too many rocks and debris on it. The only positive was the restaurant, which had good service and a decent breakfast.

Loved the location. It’s right on the beach and very close to Hi Ibiza and other nice restaurants. Also close to the airport. My only suggestion is in the rooms, I think just updating the comforters and reupholstering the couch cushions would really update the look.

A lovely apartment, 2 steps from the beach. 40 min walk to the old town or 15 min from the boat bus to the marna. Breakfast was superb and the waitresses were amazing.

Really nice chilled out hotel with everything you need. The restaurant was lovely, the pool was really nice with comfy sun loungers and location right next to the beach was great. The rooms were comfy and had everything you needed. It’s fantastic value for money. Cleaning staff were amazing and waiters by the pool were fantastic. Food was lovely.

Good: - Nice Pool-Area with restaurant overlooking the sea. - Room very clean. Bad: - Beach not nice at all. All other beaches we visited on the island were much nicer - Limited street parking available. We were struggling to find a spot. No idea how it will be in main seasons. - All sunbeds reserved before sunrise but nobody there for hours. In order to allow all guest to enjoy the facilities they booked, this urgently needs to be changed. We felt that the management did not care -> and this results in unhappy customers. - Included breakfast very basic and slow service. Not recommended - Pool towels against deposit - only payable in cash (why not charge it to the room?)

Hello. I was surprised with this hotel in positive way. 3☆ hotel - I didn't expect too much but when we arrived I said wow... simply words to descibe... 😀. The hotel is serving great looking breakfast like in high rating restaurant. The portion are small but worth it to have in your booking otherwise u need to pay from €6 to €10 plus drink . Another good point is a beach front hotel so u can go there from the swimmimg pool. Good price and good standard.

Honest review!
As a family of 4 (with 2 children) we had a fantastic stay! Planning to possibly be back next year. Positives: lovely lady at the reception allowed us to chek in 1h earlier, amazing power shower, beautifuly maintained gardens,pool area and restaurant/ bar area, very tasty, well presented and, reasonably priced food and drinks (coffee €2, pizza around €12, smoothies around €7), great location, beach on your doorstep, walk to the old town/ castle took us around 40min, taxi from the airport was €13, beach towels available from the reception, spacious room, kitchen equipped with little fridge, hob (no oven), sink, few pans, cutlery and crockery. Negatives/ requires improvement: I dont think cleaning ladies use hoover! All floors are done with mops only, hence there is a lot of hair on the floor, I wish there was a brush provided, especially after coming back from the beach as sand gets everywhere, walls are very thin, so you can basically hear your neighbours, its pretty impossible to close your room door quietly, which is disturbing especially at night, TV has no English channels, kitchenette is a bit dated and probably needs a good wipe before using (fridge was clean but microwave needed attention), there was a washing liquid but you have to get sponges/ clothes, bed in a lounge is a pull out bed where 1 person sleeps higher than the other, room is very basic but thats expected from 3* property, Spar shops around are VERY expensive ( loaf of bread around €5, crisps €3.50).
