Great central location to the city. If staying during the week there may be an event on which closes off the common area near the pool, however not for the whole day. Very high standard cleanliness and appearance of rooms. I would stay here again.

For a 5 star hotel, it isn't very exciting or at that level. I've stayed in 4 star properties and had a better and more updated experience. The room decor is dated, features are not exciting, house keeping was lacking, food in the house restaurant wasn't exceptional either. I really hope they focus more on these basics rather than updating one level with a pool and bar (which only opens for 5 days of the week).

Check in was terrific and our room was available at noon. Location was fabulous right in the heart of Brisbane, close to Central Station and buses. Lovely room although the daily cleaner forgot to come.
