客室は非常に綺麗で、プロジェクターで映画を見ながら快適に過ごすことができました。またフリードリンクもご馳走様でした。設備について、鍵を開けるのが難しく固くて開かないことが多々あったのでそこの修復ができれば、もっと良くなると思いました。また機会があればぜひお伺いしたいです。

基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。それ以外は全て良かったと思います。

最高の施設

2025/3/1(土)〜3/2(日)で利用。結論から言って文句なし優勝です！ 17人まで泊まれる大きな母屋は、外見は古民家ですが内装は綺麗にリフォーム済みです。 1階は玄関入って右手は大きな和室(畳)が2部屋。襖を外してぶち抜きで使えば、全員で宴会ができます。(テーブルは無いので折り畳みの長テーブルが2つあれば完璧なので今後ご検討ください) 1階左手はフローリングの掘りごたつ式テーブルのリビングです。(8畳程度) 大きなテレビもあり6人までならここで食事をするのがオススメ。そこに隣接するのが広くて綺麗なダイニングキッチン。大きな冷蔵庫には嬉しいサービスドリンクがたくさん！キッチン備品は包丁、お皿・コップ類、お鍋も十分用意されています。 (なぜかフライパンだけ見当たらず) 小さな円形のダイニングテーブルもあり、食材を置くも良し、そこで食べるも良しです。電子レンジもありさらに奥に進むと、ウォシュレット付きトイレ、お風呂があり、こちらもリフォーム済みでとても綺麗！その横の廊下には電車模型が飾られた棚があり、電車好きにはたまらない演出ですね。目の前の線路には数十分に一本通る小湊鐵道もとても可愛いです。 (同じ敷地内にある3軒のコテージも小湊鐵道の電車をイメージしたカラーリングで、4〜5人の少人数の際はこちらを予約するのもありですね) さらに奥に進むと、1階最後のお部屋です。こちらは洋室でベットが２つ。真ん中には巨大な非接触充電装置があり、他のほのぼのした雰囲気とは異なりホテルの雰囲気です。次は2階。まず、トイレとシャワールームでこちらもリフォーム済み。あとは和室と洋室(ベット×2)がそれぞれ1つずつ。という感じで、最大17名での利用でも十分過ぎるほどの広さで文句なしです。縁側の前にはBBQセットもありました。(焼き場×2、テーブル×2) 今回の予約時には「BBQの機材は自分で用意してください」との案内だったのでBBQは諦めたので、その予約サイトの施設情報だけはちょっと残念だったかな。この施設は食事のサービスは無いので、食材やドリンクは全て持ち込みです。オーナーには宿泊費のみの支払いです。 (基本料金は8名分で86,000円程度で、1名追加ごとに4,000円加算で最大17名まで) 庭先にあるコテージ3棟とは距離が近いので、別のお客さんが利用されていると騒音に注意が必要です。今回、うち1棟に小さなお子さん連れのお客さんがいましたが、特段トラブルはありませんでした。と言うわけで、大人数で利用するならここ一択！！と言うほど完璧な施設でした。また必ずリピートします。ありがとうございました！
