"Beautiful small boutique hotel. The front desk staff, particularly Maximillium, was more than helpful in helping us park our car and recommending places to see and eat. The hotel was steps away from the castle (mind you the steps were all uphill) and other places to see. We would definitely stay here again!"

" Very clean, only drawback for my husband and I was being in a loft with a full flight of stairs to the bathroom. Very dangerous for middle of the night bathroom runs. We are over 60. I wish we had known about the steps I would have asked for a one level room. Great location for walking around the tourist areas. Breakfast was delicious great variety. "I absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and room amenities were awesome too! It is located in a great area in the city, close to everything with tons of shops and food options around. Easy to access via public transport as well. Prime option for sure! I am not giving it a perfect score because the staff was rude and not friendly at all! They refused to let me park my car even though the hotel advertises parking, because I had not made a prior reservation for parking. I booked through a third party vendor so there was no way I could have known that a separate reservation was needed for parking. After arguing for a bit, they finally let me enter the garage and park my car but the front staff person was rude and VERY nasty. I won't say anything negative about the hotel itself, but the staff could stand some improvement and better customer service skills. "
