Upon arriving at the hotel I wasn’t sure if it was open. The exterior is clearly under construction. The inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The hallways and room doors could use some paint. My room was nice, however the bed loudly squeaked every time my husband or I moved. The sofa bed was awful, thin mattress and squeaked just as much as the main bed. Hotel is good for a night or two, but the bed situation would keep me from staying longer.

It's suitable for a family stay if you can't find the hotel in BrokenBow. The outdoor Jacuzzi was not working, and the kids were disappointed. Please update the actual status of the pool and Jacuzzi if either one is closed.

Super friendly staff and they went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. Adjusted room so I could have a room closer to the elevator due to my mobility issues. Fabulous staff

Great Hotel and Staff.
Room was very comfortable. Staff was great. We had a flat tire on a Sunday and the maintenance crew helped us out. They were over the top hospitable. Would highly recommend this hotel on your next visit.

Facility was in good condition and staff was pleasant but beds were super hard and squeaky and pillows were too soft. Also found some hair on both beds. Location was good and close to where we wanted to visit.

The bathroom sink and tub were missing stoppers. The bathroom sink was clogged so had to wash hands etc at tub faucet. The room was generally clean with plenty of towels and wash cloths.

Probably the best option in idabel.
Stayed here to attend a wedding. Room was clean. Had minor issues with shower curtain rod needed fixing and jetted tub was noisy and jets were not great.

Nasty smelly carpet and bad smell in rooms.
Review are deceiving and old , hotel is in a bad shape. Rooms stink and its gross. We only stayed there as the reviews seemed good . Do not recommended with family .

The front entrance to the hotel was being renovated so it looked like hell. The parking lot was dirty with all manner of articles strewn about. That being said, the room seemed clean and serviceable though the furnishings were somewhat beaten up. I found the nightly rate a bit high for the hotel's shortcomings.
