"The hotel smelled like smoke in the lobby, which also crept into the rooms. The hotel is fairly run down, super low ceilings, and our room was not clean, evidenced by stains in the sink, hairs in bed and on the floors, grime and dust on ledges, old, dirty office chairs and webs with bugs in them around one of the light fixtures. We even had some dirty outdoor furniture in our room. We had booked 2 nights and left after one night even after not being able to get a refund since we had booked through Expedia and had gone past the cancellation date. When we complained about the room cleanliness to the front clerk, he moved us to another room that he “personally”inspected but it was the same. Super disappointed I didn’t do more research on the property even though it got pretty good reviews."

"Waited 15 min to check in there was no one at the front desk. Even when I called no one came. Pool and hot tub water was dirty too much chlorine. Cause rashes. The rooms were not very clean. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. When I complained they only gave me excuses why it wasn’t up to standard. No apology. "

"My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was absolutely spotless. The floor was wood laminate, great for it being a pet-friendly hotel, and the mattress was newer and zipped up in a nice plastic protector. It was a last-minute stay driving through Idaho, and it was affordable and in a convenient location. I highly recommend it!"

"The breakfast was fine. Kim, the breakfast queen was very friendly with everyone and cooked up omelets and scrambled eggs for anyone who asked, and remembered who ordered them."

"The staff was amazingly friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen and it was well stocked. Pool was clean and the hot tub as well. Plenty of parking available. "
