Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage.
Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis.
There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us.
They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good.
If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

Absolutely amazing. Great location in the Old Town near the lake. Great shopping. The rooms a small. That is informative, not a complaint. The beds, pillows, ac very comfortable. Loved the small pool and the roof top bar. I went there everyday. Also, had a nice gym with a view of the city. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Hanoi.
