Love this hotel! The staff was so attentive. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, a true culture experience. Peaceful, Everyone was nice and the rooms were very clean.

いつも出張で使っています。 お部屋は綺麗で使い勝手良いです。 使い捨てスリッパも使いやすいです。 フロントの方にお伝えしましたが 外国人の方向けのお風呂の入り方の アナウンス資料があった方が良いかなと 思いました。 あと大浴場のドライヤーはもう少し 風量があるタイプだと有難いです。

ホテルルートインはお風呂があって好きなので何度か利用しています。今回の伊賀上野は古くて、設備がイマイチ。便座が冷たい。洗面台の蛇口が水と湯が別で両方を出して調節しないといけない。ウェルカムドリンクが無い。お風呂が凄く狭い。値段は安いので仕方ないのかも知れませんが。

大変お世話になりました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で、観光地への相談も快く対応して頂きました。掃除も行き届いていて綺麗でした。窓からの景色が素敵です。旅行で疲れていたので、隣りにCoCo壱があり、夕飯に助かりました。各地域ルートインは安定安心です。
