"First, the room didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It was small and run down. There was confusion about the rooms, and they gave us one bed when we ordered two beds, so they didn’t even have the correct information. Also, the cleanliness of the room was another concern.
This place doesn’t have AC, so if you run hot, this is not the place for you. Many rooms face the inside of the building, and that's the only window you will have for the air to circulate. We had to use a floor fan in the room, which had probably never been cleaned. On top of that, trying to close the curtain to go to sleep, the pole fell—it was super heavy and thankfully didn’t hit anyone—spreading many dust particles around. The next day, I woke up sick. Two days later, my roommate woke up with allergies, and I contracted a cold that ruined my trip to Cuzco. "
