"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. "It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "
