"My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was a very short distance from the Hakata Eki (train station) and subway access with lots of food and shopping options. The room itself was nice and clean. We got a triple room with a standard queen size bed and the sofa turned into a twin bed but there was still enough room to place a large open suitcase on the floor. The beds were comfortable. There were also self laundry facilities and vending machines on three of the floors. Complimentary coffee, tea and juices were offered from 3p to 5:30p daily at its restaurant around the corner from the lobby."
