I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me. The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights. I will definitely plan on staying here again."

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
