Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

It's a brand new and modernized hotel. Location is about 8-minute walk with luggage from Hakata station. Or it's one more station from Hakata. Walking distance to Kushida Shrine. There is a 24-hour Supermarket 'MaxValue' nearby. Breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff.

受付スタッフや施設も綺麗で大満足でしたが 初日10月20日16時前後に到着時、駐車場にいた年配の方の対応が不親切で残念でした。 それと博多と博多祇園店があることを知らずに間違えてしまったのですが、博多店のフロントスタッフの方が間違えやすい店舗がある事を早く教えていただけたら慌てずに済んだと思います。

スタッフさんも、皆さん親切で丁寧な対応でした。 近くには居酒屋が有り キャナルシティーも近いので、とても便利でした。 ただ残念だったのが…女性大浴場の入って直ぐの身体洗う所のシャワーが 手を離すと直ぐに止まってしまいました。 後　露天風呂が少し微温かった。

地下鉄乗り場がすぐ、博多駅までも徒歩圏内、飲食店が豊富と、大変便利な立地です。近隣のホテルよりもリーズナブルなことも良い点です。比較的新しいホテルのため、非常にきれいで清潔に保たれています。 しかし、部屋にメモやペンがないのは残念でした。また1階の入り口の段差は改善したほうがいいと思います。大きなスーツケースを持った高齢の外国人が苦労していました。
