The rooms we had were slightly smaller and the bathrooms were relatively small. I would say if you can go for the more expensive rooms then do it and your stay would be much more enjoyable. The facilities outside that were fantastic - this is a great spot for working travellers. The staff were great and super friendly.

Great atmosphere and service at check in. Location right next to airport subway which was convenient. Close walking to things. Most spacious room we had in Japan through our travels but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all

The hotel is clean and the staff, which speak perfect English at the reception, were always very helpful. The place is central with access to multiple shopping streets, lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The only missing point is the size of the room and the view as the hotel is shaped as an H and most rooms faces a wall.
