Really nice hotel near Kyushu University

Great hotel near the Ito Campus of Kyushu University. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, and the rooms are really nice. The on-site onsen (Japanese traditional bath) is a big plus. Great hotel!

A modern hotel with an emphasis on service. Clean and cosy room with separated, sink, toilet and bath areas. While it is rather remote, there is a 7-11 across the road and food options dotted around. The complimentary public bath (across the road) and the in-house bath and lounge area (with coffee and sweets) were one of the highlights of the hotel. The breakfast had a good spread.

The hotel itself was great! I loved everything about it, except their restaurant only served all-you-can-eat buffet style dinner. No other options. The public transportation is very limited around the area, so you have to have a car if you'd like to stay there.

Superb staff

The staff, are excellent , kind and courteous . My car broke down and they really helped me out . The hotel is lovely, clean and modern . Breakfast is good . You do need a car to stay here as it’s a little isolated with not much around . The staff however are amazing . Nice public bath, laundry .

部屋が清潔でエアコンも各部屋に付いているタイプで、温度設定が操作できてよかったです。(全館空調で調整できないところは体調崩すタイプです…) やや乾燥は感じましたが、加湿器が付いているので安心。 ルームウェアも長袖長ズボンのセパレートタイプが付いていて、思わず拍手！笑 部屋のシャワーやトイレもとても使いやすく、清潔！ 館内に大浴場もあったようですが、ホテルから徒歩6分くらいの提携の温泉施設が無料で利用できるとのことでそちらを利用しました。 もうすぐ3歳になる子どもの初温泉でしたが、広々として利用しやすく、露天風呂でとても楽しそうにしてくれていました。 朝食も利用しましたが、とてもおいしかったです！ お肉類が少ない印象？ガッツリ食べたい男性には寂しいかも。私は野菜大好きなので、大満足！ パンや自家製のフルーツジャムもおいしかったです。 ドリンクコーナーに、フレッシュなハーブが置いてあり、透明のティーポットでハーブティーが楽しめました！ とっても新鮮ないい香りで爽やかな朝を堪能できました♪ 朝食会場で、子どもが粗相をしてしまいましたが(私の管理不足です)、とても優しく対応してくださり、本当にありがたかったです。 ホテル全体のスタッフの皆さんが、子どもにフレンドリーでうれしかったです！

Really nice room! Great bathroom and good onsen facilities. Buffet breakfast and dinner were average to good in terms of quality but reasonable for the price. Very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Only slight issue is there are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is a big parking lot nearby for hotel guests which is slightly awkward to get to (esp if u have a lot of luggage to carry) but otherwise really great hotel for the price.
