Excellent service, great breakfast buffet and awesome bus shuttle that will take you to Narita City or to the airport. We would definitely stay again if we have a layover or need to stay close to the airport!

The breakfast is 100% Japanese. The bed was extremely hard. The shuttle is completely full and large. Staff does not speak English. Overall good hotel for one night. Very large and busy hotel.
