The buffet breakfast and bath house were excellent.

This hotel was really amazing from the moment you step in it.The train station is inside the basement of the hotel,there is a mall attached to it and food mart too.The breakfast buffet is world class probably the best I’ve tasted in Asia.It is walking distance to Dotonbori.They provide toiletries,skin care,slippers and they have pajamas you can use everyday.The staff are very helpful and polite.I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Osaka.

Not many food options around but a nice brewery and 7-11 very convenient

The staff was really nice, they were able to check us in a little early which really helped us out coming from Kyoto so we didn’t have to store our luggage. The location is top notch with so many choices to eat and shop literally feet away from the hotel. We stayed in the penthouse room with a deck all to ourselves with an amazing view of Dotonbori skyline. However there were some things that could use improvement. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, our bidet did not work for the first two days of our stay, they did offer to change rooms but we declined since we were already fully unpacked. The kitchen did not have any utensils or plates or cooking equipment which didn’t bother us but just be aware if you are wanting to use the kitchen. Our bathroom sink faucet needed to be fixed as it was wobbly when used, and if you stay in the 13th floor you have to walk up three short flights of stairs to get to your room, carrying your luggage in tow. The property is showing its age some as well… and regretfully we also saw a cockroach in the stairwell coming down from our roo, which we didn’t let the staff know about as it’s just something a lot of older buildings deal with in large cities. The breakfast offered was decent but nothing stood out, it was nice and convenient. Overall it’s a good place to stay right in the middle of all Dotonbori has to offer.
