"I was such a beautiful place to stay! There was plenty of room, and plenty of pillows - rare in Japan! The decoration was very tasteful and welcoming. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. "家族旅行での滞在において、広くて快適なホテルでした。チェックインは無人でしたが、事前に送られてきたメールから情報入力を済ませておいたので、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。近くに本館があるようで、困ったら近くのホテルのスタッフがサポートしてくれるようで安心ですね。ホテルの部屋は一般的なホテルではなく、まるで家に泊まっているかのような広さと便利な設備があり、ベッドの枕元には十分な電源がありました。風呂とトイレも別で、浴室乾燥機能があるのはありがたいですね。子供の服も洗濯してすぐに乾燥できたのはとても便利でした。近くにはコンビニやマクドナルドもあり、食事には困りませんでした。難波まで少し歩きますが、それまでの商店街がサブカルチャーの店も多く、その店を見るのを楽しみながら歩いているとあっという間でした。まあ大阪に旅行する際は是非利用したいと思います。"
