This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price

The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was really spacious and very clean. It was a most welcoming environment . I would most definitely stay there again as a first choice in Osaka. Central with lots to see and do. My favourite hotel on a long trip.

The place was very clean and easy to get to. A lot of shopping areas and food within walking distance. Dontonbori was within walking distance as well and the metro line is easily accessible making it so that we could go sightsee everywhere. The staff were really nice as well. I would come back!

Very good location, close to the trains Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were quite large in comparison to other places we stayed in Japan. Would recommend and stay here again.
