It's in the Honmachi area of Osaka so it's a business district. If you're in Osaka on business for a few days, especially if you already live in Japan, it's nice. It's next to the Honmachi Station on the Midosuji subway line, which is convenient if you're coming from Umeda/Osaka Station area or even from Shin-Osaka Station. If you're a tourist, it's a bit inconvenient though unless you know the Osaka subway well. It was easy to check in though, even though I arrived about 11:00 PM after a late flight.

Location was great, with the subway right under the hotel building. Got the larger adjoining room for bigger total room size but it was still very small, had to keep my baby from knocking into everything. Lived out of our suitcases. Front desk couldn't locate my booking at check-in. Added on breakfast at ¥1,800 for the convenience, but you could give it a miss.

Everything was good except going to first floor for checkout was waste of time as it never came to the 4th floor. I waited for like 15min and then ended up riding on the elevator that was going up first to go down. Maybe it's better to separate the elevators by floors
