We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka. Train station is right under the hotel building. So easy to get anywhere in Osaka and get back after a long day of walking. Get the included breakfast for unlimited japanese beef everyday! Complimentary drinks daily and new towels everyday

Great value hotel. Location is great and with very good price. Rooms are really small but clean and great if you are spending all day exploring the city and just come back to sleep. Staff is extremely helpful!!!!!They helped me to receive a package that I lost in JR and I double booked the room and they helped me refund it. Thank you so much for the ladies at the front desk!!! Plus the breakfast is amazing!

The rooms where really nice and the cleaning staff always did a good job of cleaning everything up, although the concierge desk staff during the day where unpleasant and unhelpful, esspecially when compared to the night staff. The breakfast was good and so was everything else.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast is amazing and totally worth the upgrade cost. The lounge that comes with the high floor rooms is also pretty nice to relax after a long day of shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.
