Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Oh, and don’t forget to try their gelatos at their attached cafe!

Property was beautiful, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, onsite restaurants were very good and appetizing. Great hotel! Nice amenities overall, good massage, spacious room (the layout was a bit odd, but it worked). Air quality in the room was great (good ventilation kept CO2 down, humidity and temperature stable in a comfortable range). We would absolutely stay again if we have a reason to go to that area (really only the expo this year or USJ in the future).

I thought this hotel is walkable to Universal Studios… it is a train stop away, and Not really walkable. For those who are in this area for Universal Studios, I suggest that you book other hotels near its premise. This hotel is NOT convenient for Universal Studios.

The property itself is new and clean, but the staff is unfriendly, and not attentive. It is one station away from the USJ but it’s actually walkable. The gym is clean but there was no wipes or spay to clean the equipment.

関西万博、ユニバ、海遊館などが近く、交通機関もアクセスがよく、ホテルが非常に美しかったです。スパもデッキも夜景も素敵。 パジャマのクオリティも高く寝心地最高。トータルとても素晴らしいホテルでした。
