The triple room was really roomy. Laundry available in hotel and Japanese bath was available. Would stay there again. The buffet looks okay but wouldn’t pay for it if it’s not included.

The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent location - so close to subway and many restaurants and shopping arouns the area. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is the best by offering drinks and snacks throughout the day including late night ochazuke. Hotel was so lovely that i extended my stay for another 5 days. Highly recommend and i will be back the next time i visit osaka!

Although the room was not as clean as expected, the high service standard has more than made up for the above. The room is very well-designed with everything travellers need. Guests are provided with free drinks and snacks nearly round the clock. All the above serve to ensure travellers a comfortable stay in this hotel.

What is slightly lacking in cleanliness in my room has been more than made up by the warm smiles of Ms Oura of the reception team, who helped me a lot when I stayed in this hotel last year. With its very well-designed room provided with every facility travellers need, and the snacks and drinks the hotel supplies nearly round the clock, one can also be assured of a comfortable stay here.
