Excellent cost/benefit value. My only disappointment is I wish the property was closer to Osaka Castle which was the main reason we stayed there. It’s 1.2 miles away.

Location: the location of this hotel is one of the most convenient per my experience in Osaka! Just outside several key lines, the ability to travel was seemless with this hotel. Service: upon check in we were greeted by the friendliest staff member: Limby (front desk). He saw it was almost my husbands birthday per his passport and personally brought a gift to our hotel room, it was the sweetest gesture I have ever experienced with hospitality! The rooms are very spacious and modern in design. We thoroughly enjoyed the quietness and relaxing this location while not giving up convenience in location. Highly recommend!

Property was very nice and clean, and we were greeted by a very pleasant scent upon entry to the entrance of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and courteous, and the staff at the counter were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if i were to visit osaka. Def

It is conveniently located. Rooms are spacious and well-stocked with amenities. I would return the next time I visit Osaka. Breakfast was excellent - amazing spread and variety. The food options available were fresh and delicious.
