The rooms were very clean & like the fact the bathrooms , toilets &’sink are separate . They also had plenty of options to pick up face moisturizer other toiletries from the reception area, which was very convenient. The breakfast also was good every day they had different Japanese option. Room size is small, but it is very clean. Every day service is available. I will definitely stay here again. It is just 5 to 8 minutes. Walk to the station.

Exit #4 from Shin-Osaka station is 5 minute walk to property. Super clean, professional staff, excellent access to transportation. As a foreign traveler my only issue was no CNNi news channel in English please.

This was a very convenient hotel for a stay in Shin Osaka. It was easy to get around to various places on Osaka and to get to Nara. We took the wrong exit at the station and ended up taking a taxi which was too bad because it was a 3 minute walk had we taken exit4. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful! Loved the amenities bar.

Excellent hotel within 10 minutes of walking from Shin Osaka station with plenty of dining options. Facilities in hotel are great and room size is much bigger than typical Japanese hotel in city centre, with a wonderful view of the city and nearby railway tracks.
