We stayed for what was mean t to be 3 but ended up being 4 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great a little on the small side but more than big enough and the beds were very comfy! I really a great experience especially for the price I don't think it can be beaten

I really recommend the hotel, very clean, near from stations and dotonbori, personal is very kind even I forgot personal items at the room and they called my next destination to send it.

Super easy to find, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were all friendly and we were able to store our luggage before and after check in. The only thing was that even when you turned the heat off, the room was very warm to the point where we were sweating in our sleep. Other then that would recommend hotel.

Overall it was a great stay. Staff were helpful with phoning for restaurant reservation, luggage forwarding service, domestic shipping, and getting a taxi for us. Room is small but expected, bed and pillow are comfortable. The breakfast buffet variety is acceptable for the price. The biggest down side is that there's only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel, and they are pretty weak (clothing still wet after 2 hours in the dryer), but fortunately that's a proper laundromat within a few minutes walk, so we did our laundry there instead. Will consider staying here again.

Great hotel location at very reasonable price
Great location (300m from Namba Station) with lots of eateries within minutes of walking. Awesome price with breakfast included. Also, short 10 minute walk to the canal to see the “Pokey Man” sign board. Only downside we experienced was seeing the chamber maid leaving clean towels on the store room floor 😾 . Very polite and helpful front desk staff . Highly recommend.
