Clean and quiet hotel with good location

Decent place but age is starting to show

Mostly great staff and they cleaned the room very well each day. Most of the receptionists were helpful though one was not so much. Convenient location near 3 malls within 1 minute, near a major station to get to Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, and around Osaka. Lots of places to eat and shop.

I have stayed here a few times now and probably would not stay again! Amazing location sub par hotel. I made a reservation with breakfast included and was refused breakfast, I think that was the tipping point for me.

Central location & great amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. Staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. We orginally booked 2 nights and then added 2 more. As our plans were not set in stone we even ended up booking 4 more nights at the end of our trip as well. The hotel was gracious enough to hold our luggage for one night when we went on a side trip with family. They also held our luggage for a few hours on our last day after checkout so we could visit family to say goodbye before having to head to the airport in late afternoon. We did pay for and enjoy breakfast at the hotel a few mornings. There were plenty of choices. The hotel was very convenient to JR Tennoji station and Osaka Metro station. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Easy transportation to Kix airport. This hotel has great amenities and is in a central location for visiting Osaka.

It was comfortable overall and the location was close to the station and the shopping mall so convenient. Just one disappointment was no coin Landry nearby. The room was clean but the bathroom sink was cracked and some stains on the carpet which they can be improved.

The hotel is kind of dirty, see spots on the chair and small sofa. It would nearly impossible to share a room with another person given its size without stepping over each other. The breakfast is so priced ($50 each day) for party of 2. It’s definitely not worth it to pay $25/person, go out and eat if you have to stay here. Not sure how it got a rating of 8.6 out of 10. This property would be ok for a solo traveler with small luggage and spending most of day out. I would rate this 6 out of 10.

The room is spacious considering a business hotel at a busy location, and generally clean as well. The staff in the lobby and the cleaning staff are all very friendly. Generally a good hotel at a convenient location for a short stay for business or solol traveller. The only thing I believe it should have done better is about the route to entrance. Despite the building itself is easily identifiable, the signage for the entrance is rather small and it took me some time circling around the building to look for the entrance. I believe a graphical instructions through email for all guests may help.
