We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel! We were visiting Osaka and Universal Studios and picked this place to stay. It's not on citywalk but is across the street. A couple hundred meters at most from both the park entrance and citywalk, which also has a train station. They have a minions theme here as evidenced by the lobby decor and the minions themed rooms they advertise. There's also a port (hence the name) behind it where you can catch a ferry to Tempozan Marketplace and the aquarium. We got the superior room that comfortably fit the 4 of us (me, wife, daughters 12 & 7). There were 4 beds (I think 2 might have been sofa, but they were made and prepared before our arrival), plenty of space, fridge, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, separate toilet, shower (good water pressure/flow) & sink/counter/mirror. The beds were firm as is standard at just about every hotel we've been to in Japan, but I still slept good after our busy days. Everywhere was very clean and I saw no shortage of hand sanitizer. Staff was friendly and courteous and we felt very comfortable here. Didn't eat at the restaurant or cafe, but ordered room service once and it was pretty good and not outrageously priced. Loved this location and facility, and would definitely stay here again.
