Convenient location - just a short walk to Universal studio. The room is clean and staff are friendly. My only complain is the automatic light near the bathroom - It's very bright and lighten up the room when someone going to the toilet in the middle of the night.

This was a great hotel at great price. We got the buffet breakfast as I read a review that it was good, and it was well priced. It wasn’t to our standard though and we did not use our breakfast vouchers for the second day. There are plenty of options in the hotel for a nicer breakfast and also 5min walk to universal walk that has Starbucks and cafes etc

Room was really clean, much bigger than others I stayed at. Universal Studios was across the street a short walk away. Universal city walk was the same distance and many food options nearby. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
