"Great place overall (location, room, property etc). A couple things we didn’t like though: 1. We found the beds to be way too firm. 2. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast very much. I would stay there again and not do breakfast."

"Arriving from Osaka airport, the limousine bus stops right in front of this hotel, huge bonus points for a family traveling with young kids and 6 luggages. There is a 24 hour family mart (think 7/11) at the street level of the hotel, 2nd floor connects you to the train station, 8th floor is the “restaurant row” where there is a variety of local options for dining, and there is an adjoining mall that connects to the 8th floor. The mall has some 5/6 floors and provides endless shopping from toys to clothes to home goods, etc. Cannot express enough how convenient this whole hotel complex building is. Rooms are not big but sufficient with bathtub and standing shower room (standard for Japan). Would definitely stay again."
